一、个人简介

丁新华,男,19806月出生,中共党员,博士,教授,博导,1512”工程第一层次,植物病理学系主任,博士导师组组长。山东省泰山产业领军人才、山东省杰出青年基金获得者、山东省智库高端人才、山东省科技特派员、泰安市专业技术拔尖人才、中国植物病理学会第十三届青年委员会副主任、山东省青年科学家协会监事长、山东省欧美同学会建言献策委员会委员、山东省青年创新人才协会现代高效农业专业委员会秘书长、山东遗传学会和山东病理学会理事、山东省创新创业教育导师、山东农业大学欧美同学会常务理事、山东农业大学青年创新人才协会副会长、《核农学报》和《生物技术通报》编委。1998/09-2002/06,华中农业大学植物保护系,获农学学士学位。2002/09-2008/06,华中农业大学生命科学技术学院,作物遗传改良国家重点实验室王石平课题组,获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2008/07-2010/06,山东农业大学,植保学院植物病理学系,副教授。2010/07-至今,山东农业大学, 植保学院植物病理学系,教授。2012/09-2013/08,美国密西根州立大学,植物生物学系,美国科学院院士Shengyang He实验室,研究学者。获国家授权发明专利25项和国际专利PCT1项。在《Nature Genetics》、《Plant Cell》、《Molecular Plant》、《Plant Physiology》和《Plant Biotechnology Journal》等期刊上发表论文50余篇。主编专著1部,参编专著3部。

《基础植物病理学》、《植物检疫理论与方法》、《植物检疫性有害生物》、《植物检疫研究进展》、《植物保护研究进展》、《植物抗病基因工程》等

三、研究方向

研究方向:植物免疫(抗病性)分子机理及其应用、植物与微生物互作及其次生代谢物质研究。
