一、个人简介

韩超,中国共产党党员,农学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。ACS Sustainable Chemistry & EngineeringBioresource TechnologyBiotechnology for BiofuelsApplied Microbiology and BiotechnologyInternational Journal of Biological MacromoleculesFrontiers in Microbiology等国际微生物主流SCI期刊及国内植物病理学核心期刊审稿专家。2017-2020年与山东大学国家微生物技术重点实验室进行合作研究。

二、教学情况

主讲山东省一流本科课程《普通植物病理学》、《植物病理学》、《生物防治》、《基础植物病理学》、《植物保护概论》等课程。

获山东农业大学教学质量奖、山东农业大学教学成果特等奖、山东农业大学优秀班主任;主持校教改重点项目1项,指导4项国家级SRT项目,2019-2021年获本科优秀毕业论文指导教师。

三、研究领域与方向

1. 粮食作物土传病害成灾机制与防控关键技术

以玉米等作物为研究对象,利用整合功能组学、CRISPR/Cas9HPLC-MS/MS等技术解析病原菌细胞壁降解酶调控的病原真菌-寄主互作机制,明确致病关键细胞壁降解酶的功能基础,揭示新型植物互作蛋白结构特征和作用机理。根据病害发生规律和植物生长特性,制定作物土传病害精准绿色防控策略。

2. 抗病促生微生态制剂研发与绿色应用技术

针对花生等作物重要土传病害,创制以PGPR细菌和多糖增效因子为主效成分的微生态制剂,建立微生态制剂配套使用技术,对花生、烟草、药用植物等具有明显增产提质功效,实现作物土传病害绿色可持续防控。
