一、个人简介

李北兴,1991年生,男,博士,山东农业大学副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事农药剂型加工与高效利用研究。2019年6月获山东农业大学农药学博士学位(导师刘峰教授),同年留校任教。现为山东省高等学校“青创团队计划”团队带头人入选中国科协青年人才托举工程担任《山东农业大学学报(自然科学版)》编委,《植物医学》、《农药学学报》等期刊青年编委。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、中国博士后科学基金中央引导地方科技发展专项等项目12项。长期聚焦农药剂型加工与高效利用,在生物基微纳米农药负载体系设计及构筑领域开展系统研究,以通讯/第一作者在Advanced Functional Materials、ACS NanoChemical Engineering Journal等期刊发表论文29篇,其中SCI收录23篇,7篇IF>8,4篇IF>10,单篇最高被引72次。主编农业农村部规划教材1部。授权专利8件1项转化落地。研制系列农药负载产品,推广应用800余万亩,以首位获山东省高等学校科学技术二等奖山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果一等奖13项奖励。主持入选中国高等教育博览会“校企合作 双百计划”典型案例。事迹被中国教育发布、科技日报等主流媒体广泛报道

现为中国植物保护学会青年工作委员会委员,农药学科优秀中青年科技工作者,泰山产业领军人才团队骨干成员、山东省蔬菜产业技术体系岗位成员、山东省自然资源厅第一批自然资源高层次科技创新人才团队成员。Adv. Funct. Mater.J. Agric. Food Chem.Pest Manag. Sci.、Colloid Surface A、中国农业科学等期刊审稿人国家自然科学基金同行评议人。应邀在纳米农药青年科学家论坛等作大会报告十余次。

二、教学工作

目前承担博士生《农药应用工艺学》;硕士生《现代农药研究技术》;本科生仪器分析》、《植物化学保护实验1》、《农药制剂学实验》等课程的教学任务。

指导学生开展SRT项目,多入选山东省大学生创新创业训练计划。获中国国际大学生创新大赛金奖1项、铜奖1项,各类竞赛省赛奖励6项。
