一、 个人简介

于华,讲师,博士,山东新泰人。2010-2015年,就读于浙江大学化学系,获理学博士学位,导师商志才教授。2016-2020年,在北京大学前沿交叉学科研究院定量生物学中心做全职博士后研究,合作导师宋晨研究员。

二、 承担课程

承担本科生《烟草品质鉴定》、《烟草研究进展》、《烟草专业英语》等课程,研究生《烟草育种与品质评价》、《生物信息学》等课程。

三、 研究领域

利用多尺度分子动力学模拟,揭示激酶的激活机制、抗菌肽的杀菌机制以及离子通道的通透机制等。

多年来,在蛋白-蛋白/膜相互作用的研究中积累了丰富的经验,也期待与实验课题组交流合作,共同解决交叉学科中的难题。
