一、个人简介
尚宪超，博士，校聘副教授。2022年6月毕业于中国农业科学院，获农学博士学位，同年9月进入山东农业大学植物保护学院任教。参与国家自然科学基金4项，山东省自然科学基金2项，国家重点研发计划1项，各类横向课题6项。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者在《Separation and Purification Technology》、《Industrial Crops and Products》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》等国内外学术期刊发表研究论文十余篇（SCI论文8篇），累计影响因子48.41，授权国内发明专利2项，参与编写著作1本。获北京市优秀博士毕业生、国家奖学金等荣誉/称号。
二、研究方向
1. 植物根际核心微生物组的挖掘与功能分析；
2. 根际微生物-宿主植物互作模式解析；
3. 微生物菌剂的开发与利用。
